I found the staff very cute. The location is convenient with good metro access. The breakfast offered a nice selection of items, including fresh options each day.
The rooftop bar service was a bit slow. It took some time to get cutlery for our food.

water device still water helpful staff executive room
the hotel provided a water purification device on each floor. it dispensed both sparkling and still water. the executive triple room sofa bed included a mini fridge. i found it useful for storing snacks and drinks. the staff were helpful when i needed directions.
the air conditioning unit made a slight humming noise at night, noticeable in the otherwise quiet room.

A Romantic Parisian Escape

The hotel's location near the metro made exploring so simple. i discovered many charming cafes nearby. Each was a new adventure.. i especially loved the rooftop bar. the city views it offered felt magical, especially at night.
The breakfast buffet could have included more variety. It felt somewhat limited for a hotel of this standard.

convenient location helpful staff charming staff clean rooms
the hotel location proved convenient with the metro station nearby. it allowed quick access to many sightseeing spots. the staff were helpful and charming adding a nice touch to the visit. the rooms were clean which added to the overall positive experience.
the air conditioning seemed to have limitations based on the outside temperature making it a bit uncomfortable.

broken air conditioning overpriced drinks
The air conditioning did not work. I complained to the staff multiple times, yet nobody fixed it. My room got too hot. the rooftop bar is overpriced. I paid too much for a round of drinks.

faulty air conditioning high price
The air conditioning system wasn't work right at all. I told the front desk about this for three days. They kept said it just turned on and needs time. The rooftop bar charged way too much for drinks. I paid 42 Euros for simple drinks. That price is insane.
